A very rare early Colonial Cedar 12 Leg Extension Dining Table, with octagonally facetted and turned legs.

Showing a distinct Georgian influence, full cedar construction and consisting of 3 stand-alone tables with two joining leaves.

This table is depicted on page 469, plate 421, of Nineteenth Century Australian Furniture by Fahy, Simpson & Simpson Pub. 1985. (see picture)

(comes with a set of 12 turned ebonised cups which can be used to raise the table height by 5cm if desired)
