The text below is taken from what appears to be the actual listing of this bible in a James Tregaskis rare book catalogue over 100 years ago, in about 1915-20. It appears to accurately describe the condition of this bible.
"illustrated with 124 distinct blocks with ornamental borders and several maps, first title in facsimile, some preliminary leaves and a few at end slightly repaired and remargined, some slight wormholes, and blank leaf at end wanting, otherwise in good condition with large margins, bound in brown polished levant morocco, blind (antique) tooling on back and sides, inside gold borders, gilt edges by Tuckell, binder to the Queen."
Wikipedia has a page devoted to information about this very rare bible.
