Methods of Payment

All prices include Australian GST of 10%. For genuine overseas sales (where delivery is made direct to an overseas address), GST will be deducted from the purchase price.

Direct Debit

Preferred payment method, within Australia, is by Direct Debit to our bank account in Australian dollars (AUD). Please contact us for bank details.

Cheque

Payment by cheque (in AUD, USD, Euro, GBP or NZD) accepted by prior arrangement. Please make cheques payable to The Merchant of Welby Pty Ltd.

A surcharge will be added to cover clearance of non-Australian bank cheques. For cheque payments, goods will be held until cheque is cleared (about 1 to 2 weeks).

Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express in store and also for purchases direct from this website (at our discretion, subject to card billing address authentication). Delivery address must be the address of the cardholder and purchaser. Credit Cards are charged in Australian Dollars.

C.O.D.

Cash on Delivery can also be arranged. A surcharge is applied. Please contact us for details.

EFTPOS

Debit Cards are only accepted when presented in person, in store.

The exchange rates used in the Currency Converter on this site are updated daily from the European Central Bank and are to be used as a guide only.

Delivery

We have carriers doing regular deliveries to the Sydney, Wollongong & Canberra regions, as well as the local Southern Highlands area.

We arrange deliveries WORLDWIDE.
